How to apply for the customer-centered organization award?

Please send us your application in which you explain why you / your organization should win this award.

The application should describe :

  1. Which moment / which circumstance made you decide to be (more) customer centered? 
  2. How are you able to better meet the needs and demands of your customers than your competitors?
  3. How would we recognize customer-centricity in your organization? 
  4. What have been the results of applying customer-centricity within your organization?
  5. Given your organization today, how quickly would important customer information reach decision makers?

Please submit your application in English by Friday 26 September 2022.

  • You will make your presentation in front of our jury on 3 October 2022 from 17.00 onwards.
  • The award ceremony will take place on 13 October 2022 during the Customer-Centered Organization Award 2022 which kicks off at 17.00.
